Biography

Nicholas M. Curran is a partner at Kathleen T. Zellner & Associates, where he represents clients in criminal appeals, post-conviction proceedings, and complex civil litigation. He joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2023.

Mr. Curran graduated from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. During law school, Mr. Curran was recognized as a Top Ten Speaker at the Strasburger & Price L.L.P. Moot Court Competition, and served as a barrister in subsequent competitions. Before law school, Mr. Curran graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Psychology.   

Mr. Curran has extensive experience litigating criminal appeals and post-conviction cases, including matters involving wrongful convictions and constitutional violations. His civil practice includes federal civil rights and other complex litigation.
