Biography

Nicholas M. Curran has been an attorney with Kathleen T. Zellner & Associates since 2007 and a partner since 2023. Mr. Curran has extensive experience in representing clients in criminal appeals and petitions for post-conviction relief.  He also assists Ms. Zellner and Mr. Johnson in a wide range of both criminal and civil matters, including civil rights, medical malpractice, premises liability, and general personal injury.

Mr. Curran graduated from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.  During law school, Mr. Curran was recognized as a Top Ten Speaker at the Strasburger & Price L.L.P. Moot Court Competition, and served as a barrister in subsequent competitions.  Before law school, Mr. Curran graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Psychology.
