Treatment Choices for Erbs Palsy / Brachial Plexus Injury

There are a variety of treatment choices which you will want to consider for you child.

-Daily range of Motion exercises.
This is really not a choice or option. You SHOULD do these exercises with your child every day to ensure their best chance of recovery.

-Weekly physical or occupational therapy visits.

This is also higly recommended.

-Splinting or casting.

These can be used to change the rotation of the shoulder, help support the arm/joints, help prevent contractures, help with extension, etc.

-Surgery.
